To All DCHS Batch '88 Alumni

Warm greetings and salutation!

For a decade now, we have been celebrating DCHS '88 Alumni reunion and through the years our group have considerably increase in numbers. Indeed, we have gone a long way since then. The creation of our website (www.dchs88.com ) and yahoo group ( This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it ) have paved the way to a more solid group as communication line was open, hence bridging the distance between us, batch '88. In fact, it became a tool for conveying concerns, information and whereabouts of the group and has been a helpful medium for those who need help in some ways.

As we mark our 20th year as DCHS '88 Alumni, it will be apt to look back and contemplate on the things that we have done in our lives and our contribution to the community, as well. With the coming establishment of DCHS '88 Alumni Association or Foundation (through the initiative of Ms. Yvette Garcia), it is just fitting to begin this year with a worthy project that will promote goodwill within the community and will strengthen the solidarity amongst us.

With this development, a community service activity will be launched this year to be spearheaded by your section Garcia batchmates, being the chosen host for this year's reunion. A Medical /Dental Mission and Operation "Tuli" is being proposed to be held on May 10, 2008, tentatively and the mission area will still be determined as we coordinate closely with the local government units and individuals in charge of this kindof activity.

At this juncture, we are calling DCHS '88 alumni involved in Medical/Paramedical practices especially doctors and nurses to participate actively in this undertaking since the realization of this mission will depend greatly on you. Likewise, we also encourage everyone tp join us in making this dream come true by sharing your time, talents and blessings as we nudge with this plan to reality.

We will be accepting donations in cash and kind (medicines/vitamins and canned goods, used clothings, etc. for distribution) and we will appreciate if you can lend medical/surgical equipments for dental/operation "tuli", if you have any. Please feel free to coordinate with Ms. Fritzie Llapitan-Luna (0921-7721788), Ms. Jo-ann Ramos-Avina (0919-7027826), Mr. Larry Velasco (0929-90498894) or Dennis Cinco (0915-9253288) for your queries and information.

"It is more blessed to give than to recieve"

Thank you and God bless!
